Terms and Conditions
      1. Stall Allocation:
        • The Organizer reserves the right to allocate stalls and adjust locations as necessary.
        • Stall owners must adhere to the designated stall space and not extend beyond the allocated area without prior approval.
      2. Setup and Dismantling:
        • Setup time: 8 am to 1 pm, 25th October 2024
        • Dismantling time: 10 pm to 12 am, 26th October 2024
        • Stall owners are required to complete both setup and dismantling within the stipulated timeframes.
      3. Prohibited Items:
        • The sale of illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited.
        • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any stall that violates this policy.
      4. Cleanliness:
        • Stall owners are responsible for keeping their area clean and free of waste during and after the event.
      5. Indemnity Clause:
        • The Stall Owner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Organizers, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of the participation in the event, including, but not limited to, claims involving bodily injury, death, property damage, loss of goods, or any other incident occurring during the event.
      6. Liability and Insurance:
        • The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained by the Stall Owner, its employees, or attendees at any time during the event.
        • It is the responsibility of the Stall Owner to obtain relevant insurance for their property and goods.
      7. Force Majeure:
        • The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to hold the event or delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
      8. Cancellation Policy:
        • The Stall Owner must notify the Organizer in writing of any cancellation at least 10 days prior to the event. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the stall fee. In any case, no refunds will be issued for any type of cancellation.
        • If the event is cancelled by the Organizers for reasons beyond their control, the Stall Owner will be entitled to a refund of the stall fee, less any expenses already incurred by the Organizer.
      9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
        • The Stall Owner agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to their business operations and the sale of goods.
        • Stall Owners are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations required to conduct business legally.
      10. Food Stall Guidelines (if applicable):
        • All food vendors must adhere to health and safety regulations set by local authorities and ensure proper hygiene and food handling procedures.
        • Food vendors are required to have the necessary FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) certification.
      11. Damage to Stall:
        • The Stall Owner is responsible for maintaining the stall space and equipment provided by the Organizer in good condition.
        • Any damage to the stall, furniture, or equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, canopies, electrical fittings) provided by the Organizer during the event will be the responsibility of the Stall Owner.
        • In the event of any damage caused by the Stall Owner, their employees, or agents, the Stall Owner agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the Organizer.
        • The Organizer reserves the right to request direct payment of the repair costs within 7 days after the event.
        • The Stall Owner agrees to leave the stall space in the same condition it was provided, free of any significant alterations or damages.
    Legal Clauses
        1. Indemnification
          • The Stall Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement, any third-party claim, or any action of the Stall Owner during the event.
        2. Waiver of Liability:
          • The Stall Owner acknowledges that participation in the event is at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the event
        3. Governing Law:
          • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India.
        4. Dispute Resolution:
          • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Mumbai before resorting to any other legal remedy.
        5. Non-Transferable Agreement:
          • The rights and obligations under this contract are not transferable to any third party by the Stall Owner without prior written consent from the Organizer.
